A little less to juggle
Skin doesn't age one problem at a time. Lines around the eyes and mouth. Brown patches from summers that didn't involve much SPF. Pores, redness, and a jawline that used to be a bit more committed.
Normally that means a treatment for this, a course for that, and a diary full of appointments. Creams work on the surface, but deeper lines and loose skin come from the collagen layer underneath, and that's somewhere a serum can't reach.
Exolase ONE fires two lasers at the same moment, into the same tiny treatment points, so one session works on texture, wrinkles, pigmentation, redness and loose skin together.
That means fewer treatments to fit in, and less time hiding from the postman.

Results
These photos are from BTL, the makers of Exolase ONE, because it's so new that we don't have our own yet. We'll add real Skin Edit clients as soon as we have them. Everyone's skin and treatment plan is different, so photos show the type of change that may be possible, not a promise.
“I wanted something that would help my skin look younger without having to go through several different treatments.”

Is it right for you?
Exolase can do a lot, but the right setting depends on your skin, your goals and how much recovery you can fit in. At your consultation we'll assess your skin and explain what you can realistically expect.
If Exolase isn't suitable, we'll check whether another treatment could be used instead. If no other suitable treatment is available, we'll refund your £50 consultation fee.
The technology and care
Exolase ONE by BTL
The first fused erbium laser. It isn't a CO₂ laser, and it doesn't launch across the UK until January 2027. No trip to London needed.
Two lasers, one pulse
A 2940nm laser clears sun-damaged, pigmented cells at the surface. A 1540nm laser heats the collagen layer below, to tighten and prompt new collagen.
Trained by BTL
Everyone who treats you is fully trained and competent on Exolase. We apply topical numbing first and give you full aftercare to take home.
Clear pricing
See single-session prices alongside our course totals. Pay in full with a 30% deposit when you book and the balance after your first treatment, or split a course into 2 equal payments: the first after your first treatment and the second automatically 4 weeks later, using your saved card. No interest and no credit checks. The Gentle course is pay in full only. We'll confirm your exact plan and price at your consultation, and we won't always recommend the strongest option.
Consultation and patch test: £50. Required before treatment. The fee is redeemable against a future booking made within 7 days of your consultation. If Exolase isn't suitable, we'll check whether another treatment could be used instead; we'll refund the fee if no other suitable treatment is available.
Sessions and spacing are a guide. Treatments are booked directly with us after your consultation. Single-session prices start from the amount shown.
